Arcade Card Terms and Conditions

By accepting and using Your Rechargeable Arcade Card (as defined below), You are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for Your records. In these Terms and Conditions, ‘You’ and ‘Your’ means the holder of the Rechargeable Arcade Card. ‘We’, ‘Us’ and ‘Our’ means AMF Bowling Centers, Inc., a Virginia corporation, and its successors and assigns, part of Lucky Strike Entertainment.

Rechargeable Arcade Card

We make available for Your use an arcade card (the “Rechargeable Arcade Card”), a stored-value card with a magnetic strip and/or an embedded Radio Frequency Identification chip that allows You to play games and attractions at participating Lucky Strike Entertainment facilities. By purchasing credits, recharging credits, or using the Rechargeable Arcade Card, You agree to be legally bound to the Terms and Conditions contained herein, and agree to these Terms and Conditions as may be amended, without further notice to You. If You wish to review the latest version of these Terms and Conditions, You may review them on Our website.

The Rechargeable Arcade Card allows users to pay for play on selected games and attractions by swiping the Rechargeable Arcade Card in the card reader attached to selected games and attractions. The credit price to play a game will be displayed either on or near the card reader.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged Rechargeable Arcade Cards containing credits. Treat your Rechargeable Arcade Card like cash, because lost, destroyed, damaged or stolen Arcade Cards will not be replaced.

Any resale or transfer of a Rechargeable Arcade Card in exchange for consideration will render the Rechargeable Arcade Card and associated balances void and subject to cancellation.

Rechargeable Arcade Cards have no cash or monetary value. Rechargeable Arcade Cards and balances associated with the Rechargeable Arcade Card are non-refundable and will not, under any circumstances, be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

Any sales and use taxes associated with the Rechargeable Arcade Card are included with Your purchase.

We reserve the right not to accept a Rechargeable Arcade Card or otherwise limit its use if we, in our sole discretion, believe the use is unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful, or in any way violates the Terms and Conditions contained herein.

We will not send any statements, billings, or any other form of itemization of Your transactions using Your Rechargeable Arcade Card.

Rechargeable Arcade Cards may be purchased or recharged at any available counter at a participating Lucky Strike Entertainment facility or at any kiosk station.

Game Credits

We use game credits that are purchased and stored on the Rechargeable Arcade Card. Game credits may be redeemed and used at any select game or attraction at any participating Lucky Strike Entertainment facility in the United States and Canada. All game credits and the use thereof are subject the Terms and Conditions contained herein.

We offer two types of Game Credits: Regular Game Credits and Bonus Credits. Regular Game Credits are Game Credits You purchase. Bonus Credits are Game Credits that are added to Your Rechargeable Arcade Card when You make certain purchases of Game Credits as may be listed at the counter or kiosk station. Both Regular Game Credits and Bonus Credits can be used to play selected games and attractions at any participating Lucky Strike Entertainment facility in the United States and Canada. Stored Game Credits cannot be transferred to another Rechargeable Arcade Card.

Game Credits never expire, have no maintenance fee, and can be used at any participating Lucky Strike Entertainment facility in the United States and Canada.

We reserve the right to select the order of use of either Regular Game Credits or Bonus Credits. You acknowledge and understand that You have no ability to control the type of Game Credits used for any particular game.

Purchasing Game Credits

Players may purchase and/or recharge a Rechargeable Arcade Card credits at any participating Lucky Strike Entertainment facility either at the counter or at kiosk stations located inside the Lucky Strike Entertainment facility. If You wish to refill a Rechargeable Arcade Card with a specific amount not otherwise provided for at a kiosk station, please see an authorized employee at any counter at a participating Lucky Strike Entertainment facility.

Each card reader for each game will indicate whether You have sufficient funds or insufficient funds.

Purchased Game Credits are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Using Game Credits

Game Credits purchased on any Rechargeable Arcade Card may only be used at selected games or attractions, and are subject to location restrictions.

Redemption Points

We use digital ticket points (“Redemption Points”) as rewards earned from certain games. Redemption Points You earn are stored on Your Rechargeable Arcade Card, and may be used at any participating Lucky Strike Entertainment facility to redeem prizes where such prizes are available.

When You redeem Your points for prizes, the required number of Redemption Points will be deducted from Your balance of Redemption Points from Your account tied to Your Rechargeable Arcade Card. You may not have enough Redemption Points for any item based on pricing and availability. Any unredeemed Redemption Points will be stored in Your account to be redeemed at a later time.

Redemption Points balances on Your Rechargeable Arcade Card may be checked by any authorized employee or kiosk station at a Lucky Strike Entertainment facility.

You may redeem only one (1) item valued at 25,000 Points or more per day, Inclusive of all participating Lucky Strike Entertainment facilities. Lucky Strike Entertainment further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit Redemption Point transactions to four (4) transactions within a calendar month. All redemption transactions are conditional and subject to review of gameplay activity.

Some of Our games and game devices also reward players with collectible character cards (“Character Cards”) and are dispensed directly from the game or game device. By collecting all unique Character Cards, You may present them at the counter or Card Kiosk of any participating Lucky Strike Entertainment facility and receive Redemption Points in exchange for those Character Cards. Character Cards that are damaged, defaced, altered, appear to be fraudulent, or are determined to not have been dispensed by any Lucky Strike Entertainment game will not be accepted and may be confiscated.

Redemption Points and Character Cards have no cash value, and may not be refunded or exchanged.

Redemption Points never expire, have no maintenance fee, and can be used at participating Lucky Strike Entertainment facilities in the United States and Canada.

We reserve the right to seize, confiscate, or refuse to accept any Character Cards that: (a) were not won, earned, or obtained by You at a game at a Lucky Strike Entertainment facility; (b) do not contain evidence that they were dispensed by a Lucky Strike Entertainment game at a Lucky Strike Entertainment facility; or (c) were fraudulently or otherwise illegally obtained. Further, we reserve the right to require proof of gameplay by producing the Rechargeable Arcade Card used to play the games that issued the Character Cards.

Refund Policy

We do not offer any refunds for the purchase of any Game Credits or Rechargeable Arcade Cards. We will reimburse You for any loss of Game Credits or any loss or damage to Your Rechargeable Arcade Card caused by Our acts or omission for the value of the lost Game Credits.

If any game or attraction malfunctions during play, please see an authorized employee. We shall first attempt to repair the malfunctioning game or attraction, and, if repaired in a quick manner, You will be given credits otherwise lost due to the malfunction. If a repair cannot be achieved in a quick manner, We shall provide the appropriate credits to play at a comparable game or attraction. If there are no comparable games or attractions available, We will reimburse You for the lost Game Credits caused by the malfunction.

Termination or Suspension of Rechargeable Arcade Card

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your Rechargeable Arcade Card and revoke or limit any or all of the rights and privileges granted to You at any time, without notice, liability, reimbursement, or compensation. Termination or suspension may result from Your fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Rechargeable Arcade Card or violation of these Terms and Conditions. If Your use of the Rechargeable Arcade Card and other services has been terminated for cause, any and all Game Credits, Bonus Credits, Redemption Points and other balances on Your Rechargeable Arcade Card shall be voided and may not be used. You shall receive no compensation from us for voided Game Credits, Bonus Credits or Redemption Points.

Errors and Corrections

We reserve the right to correct any balances on Your Rechargeable Arcade Card if We believe that an error has occurred. If We confirm that excessive Game Credits, Bonus Credits and/or Redemption Points have been dispensed due to a game or device malfunction or human error, we reserve the right to deduct that corresponding amount from Your Rechargeable Arcade Card balance. We reserve the right to make any other adjustments to Your Rechargeable Arcade Card balance due to game malfunction or fraud, in Our sole and absolute discretion.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to Us. Please read Our Privacy Policy (https://www.bowlero.com/privacy-policy) to understand how We collect, use, and share personal information about You.

Property Rights

The Rechargeable Arcade Card shall remain Our property, and You may not resell the Rechargeable Arcade Card to another person or entity, or use the Rechargeable Arcade Card for unauthorized advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes.

Disclaimer of Liability

In providing the Rechargeable Arcade Card to You, We disclaim any duty, liability or responsibility other than those expressly set forth in these Terms and Conditions. We make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to Rechargeable Arcade Cards, including without limitation any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time in Our sole discretion by posting a revised copy on Our website. Unless We say otherwise in Our notice, the amended Terms will be effective immediately and Your continued access to and Use of Our Services after We provide notice will confirm Your acceptance of the changes. If You do not agree to the amended Terms, You must stop accessing and Using Our services.

Severability/No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Our failure to enforce the strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of Our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, the Rechargeable Arcade Card and all transactions hereunder are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.

Venue

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Rechargeable Arcade Card or these Terms and Conditions shall be brought in the state courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
