Left something behind during your AMF visit? Here's how to recover it.

Report a lost item:

Submit an online request to Guest Experience with these details:

• Location you visited

• Date and approximate time of visit

• Description of the item

• Your contact information

Our team will work with the center to check for your item and follow up with you.

Good to know:

• Lost items are held at the center for a limited time — submit your request as soon as possible to improve the chances of recovery.

• If your item is located, a Guest Experience representative will contact you with next steps.

What we can offer:

Lucky Strike doesn't provide monetary donations, but we support local non-profit organizations with in-kind donations like items for raffles or auctions when possible.

How to submit a donation request:

Submit your request through our online contact form:

• Submit no earlier than the 15th of the month before your event

• Include all event details so we can review your request smoothly

We receive a high volume of donation requests. While every submission is reviewed:

• We can't provide status updates

• We'll reach out directly if your request is selected

• Not all requests can be fulfilled due to limited availability

Lucky Strike Entertainment uses Experian Verify, a secure third-party service, to process all employment and income verifications.

How to request verification:

Your verifier should submit the request online at experianverify.com — they'll need to register (if they haven't already) and submit their request.

Information required:

• Employee's full Social Security Number

• Employee's full name

• Employer name

• Signed authorization form (required for income verification)
